Welcome to our Outlet. All our mugs are decorated and fired here in the UK. Because this process is done by hand, mugs occasionally come out of the kiln with small imperfections. These imperfections are slight, and do not affect the overall functionality of the mug. We are able to offer these to you at a reduced price, but rest assured you will still receive a beautiful product.
